Accompanied by the official representative of Business Armenia Mr. Luskasz Walerjan, the representatives of the Polish branch of Japanese Fujitsu and the Polish Blue Idea companies have visited Armenian IT companies and discusses development projects.
Six months ago with the support of Business Armenia, the Polish branch of Fujitsu (http://www.fujitsu.com/) company started a partnership with IT Space, a company operating in Gyumri Technology Center. During the visit to Armenia on October 22-25, the polish partners of IT Space have expressed readiness to extend the contract. The two IT companies cooperate in R&D.
“Our Polish partners are ready to cooperate in a larger scale; thus it is a good opportunity to present the full potential of the Armenian IT sector. And after this, we might sign new contracts” stated the area manager of the international commerce team of Business Armenia.
The software development director of Fujitsu Poland branch Mr. Sebastian Gurgul, vice-president of Blue Idea Sp. Z.o.o. Mr. Zbigniew Kowalski and the Business Armenia team have visited the Ministry of transportation, communication and information technologies, Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), TUMO center of creative technologies, Picsart company, Entrepreneurship and Product Innovation Center (EPIC), Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center (ISTC), technology centers of Gyumri and Vanadzor, Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) and other IT companies.
The Japanese Fujitsu is a leading IT company and the 5th largest in the world.
